About Blossoms

Yuka opened Blossoms restaurant to provide the community with authentic sushi.  Yuka mastered her craft while growing up in Japan.  She moved to the United States when she was twenty-three years old.  For the last 17 years she has worked at Gen Kai Restaurant, where she has become a favorite of sushi fanatics.

For years Yuka has had a vision to develop a place that would provide authentic and affordable sushi to the Chico community.  In addition to the restaurant Blossoms also provides catering at the site of your choice or in your home and free delivery on take-out orders.
